A stunningly simple hat ... perfect to relax into the early morning sessions, but maybe not the swimmer in the next lane! The hat is made from robust tear resistant silicone but please ensure you fit it correctly.
Trim fingernails to avoid snagging the cap or your costume.
Remove jewellery such as rings and earrings.
Put your hands inside the cap and stretch it wide.
Start at your forehead, pull the cap over your hair and down to the nape of your neck.
The cap should be tight but comfortable.
Rinse in cold water after use and store dry.
