BSSC ROOKIES starter kit .

A Maru kickboard, offers good support and easy manoeuvrability to encourage a strong kick. A junior Maru pullbuoy to complement the kickboard and work on upper body strength, also a set of fins, order your trainer size. To carry these items to and from the pool, a sturdy Maru mesh, durable and with good drying properties to keep your kit in great condition and stop nasty smells and mould developing. Select a colour, purple, green or pink!

Hand paddles are also needed, the stap on style are good for beginners, then progressing to the finis strapless as the swimmer developed good techniques.

Club rucksack, personalised with up to three initials, can be ordered on line, they take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive and make ideal presents!

Make sure your swimmer has a neat fitting costume and goggles to ensure a smooth start and continued success in the squad, a smile is also a great asset, the training is hard work but great fun with you friends, Enjoy 😃
