Perfect for that early morning swim! Made from silicone it is robust and tear resistant, but please put it correctly,
Trim fingernails to avoid snagging the cap or your costume.
Remove jewellery such as rings and earrings.
Put your hands inside the cap and stretch it wide.
Start at your forehead, pull the cap over your hair and down to the nape of your neck.
The cap should be tight but comfortable.
Storing for the summer break...dry it completely and dust lightly with talcum powder. Store flat in a cool, dry drawer.
